PublishIt is operated by TODO: Registered business name. It helps businesses draft, approve, schedule and publish posts to social media accounts they manage.

Information we collect

• Your basic Facebook profile (name and ID) when you connect your account.
• The Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you choose to share with the app, and access tokens to manage them.
• Post content you create, edit, approve or schedule in the app.
• Anonymous usage and performance information collected by Vercel, including page paths without query strings, referring site origins, approximate location, browser and device information, and Core Web Vitals. We exclude routes containing connected Page identifiers.

How we use it

Only to show you your connected accounts and to publish content you have approved. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except service providers that host and run the app (such as hosting and database providers) and AI providers used to draft text you request. We use anonymous analytics and performance metrics to understand traffic and improve the app. Client or case details are never used as content.

Retention and deletion

We keep data only while your account is connected. You can disconnect at any time from the app or from your Facebook settings, and request deletion as described on our data deletion page.
